Our Mission
Changing the culture to preparing healthy and safe food at home. With the availability of eateries, CookTale aims to shift the culture back home, where people can pick, prepare and nourish themselves with the healthiest options and safest food preparation processes.

Lani Nasayao’s Story
Lani Nasayao, a mother of four, was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2003. This experience compelled her to seek out healthy solutions for her recovery. Lani says, “Nutrition and healthy cooking was made even more apparent to me after my surgery. As I became the survivor, I became more conscious of the food I was eating”. She found herself wanting to cook healthier meals, for herself and her family & friends. Ever since, not only is Lani passionate about this advocacy, but strongly encourages families to cook together as well to create lasting bonding memories while assuring that their meals are nutritious and safe.
